DailyWorldCulture wants its cultural stories to be usable by as many readers as reasonably possible across phones, tablets, desktop browsers and assistive technologies.
Our approach
We aim for readable contrast, keyboard-accessible navigation, meaningful heading structure, responsive layouts and useful alternative text for editorial images when available.
Known limitations
Third-party advertising, embeds, consent tools or external services may not always provide the same level of accessibility as the core DailyWorldCulture interface. We continue to prefer implementations that reduce unnecessary barriers.
Report an accessibility problem
If you cannot access information or complete a task because of an accessibility barrier, email hello@dailyworldculture.com with the page URL, the problem you encountered and the browser or assistive technology involved when you are comfortable sharing that information.
Alternative access
When reasonable, we will try to provide the relevant editorial information in another accessible form while we review the underlying issue.
