DailyWorldCulture aims to correct factual errors fairly and promptly when reliable evidence supports a change.
How to request a correction
Email hello@dailyworldculture.com with the article URL, the exact statement you believe is inaccurate, an explanation of the issue and a reliable source when available.
What we review
We distinguish factual errors from differences of interpretation, personal preference and legitimate disagreement about cultural meaning. A correction is appropriate when a material factual statement is wrong, misleading because important context is missing, or no longer current in a way that changes the article.
What happens after review
We may correct the text, clarify wording, update a source, add context or decide that no change is warranted. Significant corrections may be noted in the article when transparency would help readers understand the change.
Minor edits
Spelling, grammar, formatting and other non-substantive edits may be corrected without a formal note when they do not change the meaning of the story.
Good-faith cultural feedback
Readers with direct knowledge of a community are welcome to flag missing context. First-hand familiarity is valuable, but editorial changes still depend on the specific claim and available evidence.
